Swanage Railway Fares

Tickets can be bought from the Booking Office at Swanage Station, ticket offices at Norden and Corfe Castle stations, On-Line via our Ticket Website or on our trains from our friendly Travelling Ticket Inspectors.

The Swanage Railway Residents Discount Card

If you live within the Purbeck District Council area, you are entitled to 50% off all fares on regularly scheduled services. These exclude Santa Specials, Dining Trains and most Special Events.

The Swanage Railway Senior Saver Card

If you are aged 60 or over, you are entitled to 25% off all fares on regularly scheduled services with your Swanage Railway Senior Saver. Exclusions are The Wessex Belle, Yellow Timetable trains during July and August and certain Special Events.

Travel during Swanage Railway Special Events

Revised fares may be available giving access to certain Special Events. Please check the individual Special Event information page prior to the event, or directly with the Booking Office.

Normal fares for point to point travel will also be available during Special Events (with the exception of Santa Specials), although a Special Event or 1, 2 or 3-day Rover Ticket will be required for access to Special Event areas outside normal travel.
