Andrew P.M. Wright has supplied nearly 120 photos of late 1920s Armstrong Whitworth Newcastle-built GWR Taffy Tank No. 6695
during the current Thomas event at Swanage - both footplate shots and lineside shots. All these photos were taken on Saturday 17th February 2007.

Andrew has again supplied photos from 'behind the scenes' showing the hard work by Swanage Railway's volunteers and permanent staff which often goes unnoticed
by visitors to the railway. Andrews photos show preparation of the GWR Taffy Tank, with driver Pete Frost seen oiling and examining under No. 6695 with the
help of fireman and Swanage Railway locomotive fitter Graham Froud of Swanage.

Andrew has also included photos of 1955 Brighton-built Standard Tank No. 80104 being test steamed and watered at
Swanage coaling dock after repairs, after which she ran to Norden and back light engine - being pictured passing the
GWR Taffy Tank at Corfe Castle. These photos have shades of the Swanage branch service engine being passed by a
