Question? What measures are you taking to ensure passengers safety regarding the current Covid-19 pandemic?
Answer We have implemented a full range of measures, including an on-site cleaner to attend to communally touch surfaces after every service, reduced seating capacity and pre-booked seating to observe social distancing regulations and payment by card only. For a full list of measures in place, check out our video on YouTube.
Question? Do I have to wear my face covering just on trains or in stations too?
Answer While face coverings are only mandatory on board our trains, we are encouraging all passengers to wear a face covering from when you enter the station, all the way through to the end of your journey.

There are exceptions;
  • Children under the age of 11
  • Anyone with health issues which can cause a problem by wearing a face covering.
Question? Can I take my wheelchair on the trains?
Answer We have limited capacity in the guard van for one wheelchair user and carer per train. The carer travels free of charge. See our acessabiliity policy here
